Babsy Noko Phahladira is a seasoned professional with over a decade of expertise in learning and development, SETA grant management, and large-scale skills programmes. He has successfully overseen multi-million rand grant portfolios, managed more than 4,000 learners across multiple SETAs, and maintained a 100% audit compliance record.
As an accredited facilitator, assessor, and moderator across different SETAs, Babsy ensures that training delivery meets the highest standards of compliance and learner success. He is also a qualified Grade A Security Training Instructor, bringing specialist knowledge to the security sector and empowering learners with practical, accredited skills.
With proven leadership in project management, compliance oversight, and stakeholder engagement, Babsy has led national training initiatives, strengthened learning material to boost certification success, and implemented digital systems to streamline processes.
